when all required documentation has been received. If your application
is incomplete your application will be returned unprocessed. Please print
legibly, give your complete name, address and phone number. Complete the
entire application, sign and date the form, then forward this form and
appropriate documentation to the ACC Chair for review. Our neighborhood

For modifications, submit
the request with two (2) copies of the following: a site plan (showing
the location of modification being requested in relation to your property
lines or building structure); or a copy of the survey plat clearly showing
property lines (with existing improvements) and proposed modification(s)
being requested. A brief description of the modification should be completed
on this form with drawings (as an attachment) showing detail and listing
the materials to be used. Any pertinent pictures, catalog pages, brochures,
or color samples must be included.
Note: Failure to submit adequate
documentation may delay or result in denial of the application.
It is required that homeowners
check with the Cobb County Building & Inspections Department to obtain
necessary permits and building code information.

and appropriate Pennington Hill Homeowner's Association Board Members
to enter the property to make reasonable observations and inspections
of the modification request and completed project.
