DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS

(TO ADD UNIT III)

THIS AMENDMENT is made on the date hereinafter set forth to amend the declaration
of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions for Pennington Hill Subdivision Unit I recorded in
deed book 9110, page 139 Cobb County Records.
Pursuant to Article X of aforesaid Declaration, Declarant desires to annex the
following property to be included in this Declaration.
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 247
AND 248, 19TH DISTRICT, 2ND SECTION, COBB COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING
UNIT III, PENNINGTON HILL SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN ON THAT CERTAIN PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK
183, PAGE 60, COBB COUNTY RECORDS, SAID PLAT BEING INCORPORATED HEREIN AND MADE A PART OF
THIS DESCRIPTION HEREOF BY REFERENCE.
Declarant states that it has the authority to appoint and remove
Directors and Officers of the Association and all owners of property in Unit III have
consented to this annexation.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Declarant has caused this Declaration to be duly executed
and sealed this 13th day of October, 1999.
