Clubhouse/Pool Reservation Agreement

·         A damage deposit check in the amount of $200.00 and a cleaning/key deposit check in the amount of $50.00 have been made out to Pennington Hill Homeowners Association and given to the HOA clubhouse representative.

·         Deposits will be returned upon inspection of pool and/or clubhouse after use and return of 
 clubhouse key to the designated HOA clubhouse representative.

·         No smoking is allowed inside the clubhouse.  No cigarette butts are to be found on the grounds.

·         All trash is to be disposed of properly, including around pool area if used in conjunction with the clubhouse.

·         All unused food and drink must be removed prior to return of your deposit.

·         Furniture and accessories are to be returned to its original placement in the clubhouse and around pool area.

·         All lights should be turned off and doors locked upon leaving. 

·         Key will be returned to the designated HOA representative within 24 hours.  (Subject to change at time of booking)

·         Pool rules will be followed.  A copy of the pool rules has been provided at the signing of this contract.

Lessee and attendees release and hold harmless Pennington Hill Homeowners Association of any and all liability.

Lessee acknowledges deposits will be forfeited and future use temporarily denied if clubhouse and/or pool are not left in clean condition or damages are noted by the HOA clubhouse representative.

Lessee understands he/she will be liable for any damages or additional cleaning exceeding the amount of the deposit.
