Committees

Committees are an effective way of conducting portions of the Association's business.  They provide assistance to the Board of Directors and provide recommendations and information for the association's use and benefit. Committees must be formed by the Board of Directors either through the governing documents or by resolution. Members of committees must be appointed by either an officer of the association or the Board of Directors.
