WORDS ABOUT CLUBHOUSE/POOL USAGE ...

Neighbors and Keep Noise Down After Sunset !!!
The clubhouse/pool is
available to all homeowners that are in good standing with the association. We have a
great clubhouse that we should be very proud of. However, in order for it to stay a great
clubhouse, anyone and everyone that uses it will have to treat it as if it was their own
home.
There will be a required
deposit of $250 for any homeowner that reserves the clubhouse/pool. $200 will be held as a
deposit against damages to the clubhouse/pool and contents during the reserved time. The
remaining $50 will be used to pay for a cleaning service if the clubhouse/pool is not left
in a very
clean condition as well as for lost keys. This includes all floors, kitchen
appliances, bathroom, furniture etc. The committee has sole discretion as to whether
or not the clubhouse/pool has been cleaned thoroughly, so if in doubt,
check
with a committee member before turning the key back in.

wishing to reserve the clubhouse/pool will need to call Pat Adams at
770-426-4507 or you can contact Pat
here.
She has the only reservation calendar and
the only key that will be given out for clubhouse use.
